6. Retreat Programs

Ticket Sales:

Tickets for retreat programs are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for retreat program tickets once the purchase has been completed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

If Om Arogya cancels a retreat program, you will receive a full refund for the ticket price.
If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us in writing at least 30 days before the retreat start date. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date.
Om Arogya reserves the right to reschedule or make changes to retreat programs. In such cases, you will have the option to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled date or receive a full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Om Arogya and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our website or services is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for accessing our website or services.
