- Refund requests must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled start date of the retreat program.
- Refund requests made less than 3 days before the retreat start date will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Amount
- If a refund request is made at least 3 days before the retreat start date, a refund of the ticket price will be issued, minus a 30% processing fee in some cases.
- The exact amount deducted as a processing fee will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the cancellation.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, please contact us at contact@omarogya.com with your name, contact information, and details of the retreat program for which you purchased a ticket.
- Our team will review your request and notify you of the status of your refund within 7 business days.
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Any additional services or products purchased in connection with the retreat program, such as travel expenses or accommodation bookings, are not eligible for a refund.
